So at 6:40 - 1 episode's worth of time - we went into VOTOMs, which barely made it onto next season's schedule. That left us time for a sampler before the intermission, and since we didn't need to re-sample So I'm a Spider, we tried out SSSS.Dynazenon. We also decided to shift K-On!! 27 and 24 over to Friday, and some samplers over to Saturday.ß Attendance:

Alan also tried streaming Crunchyroll via Safari/Discord, but video didn’t even display locally at Gene’s - perhaps because we were using Airplay to send the video to Gene’s TV? Brian ended up streaming, starting with Psychic Princess. Alan/Gene had to stay on mute a lot of the time to avoid feeding the show’s audio back over the voice channel. Gene indicated that he’s still thinking about moving to Indiana, though no earlier than 8 months from now. Attendance:

The main difference was that we used Alan’s Jambox via Bluetooth as the speaker and microphone for the voice chat. That seemed to work decently, but we had to put some sound baffling (David’s jacket) between the Jambox and the computer speakers so that Adam didn’t pick up the show’s audio from 2 places. We also tried streaming a video from Alan's laptop at the end of the evening via Zoom - that had never worked either at his place or at Gene's. But it worked just fine at David's. David's internet speeds don't appear to be better than the ones at Alan's (as shown by speed tests), but he is listed as coming from Spectrum Business - there may be some sort of traffic prioritization or quality of service difference.
